I started this idea many years ago… it was called MY Bike Project…. I can see my info online but i cant get to it to add to it at this time….. I want the content that i have already worked on back… how do i make this happen…

this was the only thing i could find…. my real phone number and address is still on this website…. thats why i would like to be able to use this once again…. when i started it i was homeless and was putting my mind into different things to find away out…. it will reall help to get this info back because i dont have the pics i used for it anymore….

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
I can confirm that https://mybikeprojectdotorg.wordpress.com/ is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @onesoath login. Also, it’s likely the account is using one of your other email addresses. With that in mind a faster way to gain access might be to try any known email addresses in the form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

ok…. i think i found it…. I had used a whole different email…. (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I was able to get into it… thank you for helping by suggesting the sign in could be different….

Ok how do i get the domain name i just paid for back to this account… I used the wrong account without knowing…. i had assumed all the info was lost until you had said it could be under a different log in…. How do i get the domain mybikeproject.org under this account instead of the oneoath account….
