Where is my paid website, how to reactivate?
-
Well you guys at WordPress make it extremely difficult to get human help. Turns out I had a paid site, it expired and now I want it back activated. And no, is not the free website name that your system appends automatically here. Where can I get human help??
My site is https://georgelopezphotography.com!!
‘George Lopez Photography’ is not available at the domain georgelopezphotography.com right now. This domain expired, and it has to be renewed before it is lost. -
Allowing a domain to expire
When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/. Please read that support doc.If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.
Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the redemption fee.
If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

Hi @, jorgevideoresume, it looks like your domain expired about 24 days ago, so it may have already fallen outside of the grace period and is in redemption. For more on recovering that domain, see the following link.
Go here and see if it gives you the option to renew. If it does, there may be an $80 additional fee if the domain name is in Redemption.

Hi there,
Unfortunately I am not being understood.
First, jorgevideoresume IS NOT the site I want to recover, I post the ticket here because it is the only way I can communicate with you.
I need to recover georgelopezphotography.com and my login user doesn’t seem to have this site but jorgevideoresume which it is useless.
I repeat I do need to recover georgelopezphotography but ignore what the user login is to recover it.
Please help!
Thanks.

Hi there,
The account you’re using to contact us (jorgevideoresume) does not own the domain georgelopezphotography.com. That domain is owned by the account georgelopezphotography.
Please log in to that account and go the purchases page to renew it. Here’s a direct link to that page:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/georgelopezphotography.com/3337925
If you’re not able to log in to that account please follow the steps outlined in our Account Recovery guide in order to retrieve access to your account and renew the domain.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

Ok thanks I have renewed my site and iy’s up now, however it displays unwanted adds, how can I remove them?

Hi there, see this link for more information about the ads that are run on sites here at WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com Personal, Premium and Business Plans all give you the No Ads feature, which allows you to hide the ads from your site. You can read more on our plans here. The WordPress.com Personal plan is only $48 per year, and includes a number of additional features.

I am confused,
My site is paid, so you are telling me that I need to pay more to get rid of the adds?
-
-
Yes, that is right. The cost of your domain would be reduced from the purchase price since you’ve already got that bit in order. Let me know if you have any other questions about this.
