Where is my Plugin Directory?

  I tried to find it in the search or FAQs – clearly I’m missing it. I see how to download plugins, but how do I put it in the plugin directory? how do i get there?

  prentend I’m stupid and can’t find my mouse…

  You cannot use plugins on a WordPress.com blog; we do not have that kind of access. There’s a thread at the top of the forums that explains the difference between the two types of WordPress.
