Where is my post Gone?

Thank God I linked to my Facebook page otherwise I would not have found my post at all? My post is gone! Not on my dashboard, not in “all posts” and not on reader – just gone – and if it was not because I shared with my FB page i would not have it? What is going on? wow, you not joking, that was quick and impressive! Listen please, I have done this and its not there…I have also done a lot of research and follow you guys on this forum so much,but this one has me puzzled…..its just not there….is it the picture maybe?

Yes ofcourse it is because I am giving you the link from my FB page which I clicked on to get there. My question to you is, if not for the link from the FB page how would i find it? If you click my normal URL http://dietrying999.wordpress.com/ it does NOT show up. Therefore back to my problem of it is not showing up on Reader, My Blog and neither is it showing up on my Dashboard! Am I concerned? Very. Thks.

This post was published on March 10th, 2014. Please scroll down to that date. It is there – right after the post “IT WASN’T ME. HE LOVES HER” and before the post “THE POWER OF LOVE”.
I also found it in your Dashboard as seen here:
Please note posts are published in reverse chronological order, meaning that the newest posts are at the top.

Hello, I was looking for this post a week ago, the relevance somehow diminishes when your question goes unanswered. Yet again, my question is being misinterpreted. Yes, the post is there, what I was asking at the time is: “the post did not show up in reader and neither was it in my dashboard” I had to click on my Facebook link in order to get there. It was not possible to retrieve it from drafts or edit etc because it did not show up in my dashboard at all. When a post does not show up in Reader, no one sees it, which means you lose out on readers getting your feeds. Eventually it showed up, too late. It has been one week now, regardless thank you for your response.

Hi Ashley, I hope you will get a response sooner than i did. I got an immediate response but the action required took at least a week which by that time it was too late. I am still hoping to find out, how to recover your missing post within seconds of it getting lost and if there is a way of making it as fresh as it should have appeared on reader?

Good luck girl. You know that WordPress automatically saves all your posts right? If it is still in your dashboard (mine was not even in dashboard) you can at least try looking in all posts, drafts and trash to retrieve it from the autosave – if not, try this site, its pretty awesome – http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/03/21/wordpress-recovering-a-lost-blog-post-or-page/ – All the best! All saved posts will end up as a draft in your Posts > All Posts page. If it’s not there, there wouldn’t be a way to recover it. Please note that many times I see users lose posts because of unstable internet connection. If you feel this may be the case, I suggest publishing the post privately, and then making it public when you are ready.
Unfortunately, this is not something we can control. However, if you find that drafts are not saving, please let me know!
