where is my refund?

    hi it’s me again I was writing you at least three times regarding to refund which I asked from you
    you have to refund me €22 and I still didn’t get my money to my bank account (30days already!!)
    I can really ask you kindly ask you to refund me otherwise I will ask other authorities to do so
