Where is my refund

  I have been sending out emails for the past 3 days now requesting for a cancellation and refund of my payment I made for a premium upgrade on my blog. Though I have sent emails and used the refund button, I have not heard from wordpress. Where is my money. I need it ASAP.

  Hi there,

  As soon as you requested it, we initiated a refund back to you for the $99 which you paid for your WordPress.com Premium upgrade. Depending on your bank it can take between several days to several weeks for the refund to appear back in your account, just as with any other type of refund.

  I apologize for any delay during this process.
