    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Thanks for writing to us. I’ve taken a look over the account and I can see that we did process a full refund for $96.00 on 2018-10-13 . Typically, it will take these about ten days to reach your account.

    If a delay occurs, it is best to follow up directly with your bank. They’ll be able to inform you about their specific processing times, how it will appear on your statement, and when they’re going to release the money to you.
