Two refunds were processed on our side back on July 26th. The first in the amount of £36.00 and the other was £48.00.
If the funds have not reached you after ten days, you need to contact your financial party for more information. Sometimes they will hold on to that money for up to 1 or 2 billing cycles. Contacting them will provide you with more clarification as to when they will release the money in to your account. Each bank is different so contacting them directly is the best option.
Another benefit of contacting them directly is that they’ll provide you with the details of how the refund is going to appear on your statement. Sometimes it won’t even show as a new line item, and instead, they’ll simply remove the original charge. Again, only they can provide you with this information to help track the refund.
