  i need to renew. followed link. WP says I don’t have any sites 4pinesart.com

  Hi there,
  you can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings. Can you please check if it’s possible for you?

  Ok, so you cannot log in to your account at all?
  Have you tried this form https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery?
  If yes what was the result?
