  You have to logout from your current account and login again with the username stressfreemums. if you don’t remember your password, there are several ways to restore access to your old account, https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  I can only log in through – google… as trying to re-set the password keeps taking me back to entering my e-mail,

  Then sign back in using the username that staartmees has provided. If the password reset does not work let me know.
