    I am having a similar issue. When I log in, I see a white page with bulleted information down one side. None of the bulleted hyperlinks work.

    I can see my blog page as a reader. CustomBuiltbyYou.wordpress.com/ but cannot access dashboard from that either.

    I can already cleared cookies, cache and restarted computer. Twice. I also have another blog site, YourBizSkillsCoach.wordpress.com. There are no such issues with this site.

    I had saved both to my Favorites and both were working just fine until recently. Would appreciate your help. When I try to use my Favorites and login, I get the message: Oops page appears to be broken. DNS Server not found. (I don’t know what a DNS Server is or I’d go look for it!)

    Thanks

    Same here! I go to my dashboard and see a white page with all the bulleted info and links at left. The links work, but you need to scroll down to view them. The entire page is just white with links. I decided to upgrade to IE9 thinking maybe that would help, but didn’t. I accessed through Firefox, and still no different.
    I am able to view my blog just fine though,when typing in the url.

    Please help!!
    Thanks!

    (1) How are are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com?

    I’m asking because the way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.

    (2) Exactly which browser and version of it are you using. If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/
    Note: If you are running IE9 in compatibility mode then be aware that it renders as IE7 and IE7 is not supported.

    (3) Have you tried?
    clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
    using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
    updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
    using another browser

    (4) Are you logging in using the secure https:// log-in? see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

    I figured out what I was doing wrong. And “I” is the operative word here. I had saved my dashboard to a Favorite. But I forgot to sign off or log off. So then when I tried to access it wouldn’t let me. I used the Log Off on the page and then Logged back in. I hope that helps someone else who may have done the same thing!

    Happy Blogging!

    @lohoff99
    This site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog http://loseitnow.org/ and we can’t help with it here. It’s a WordPress.org install. You need to post to http://wordpress.org/support/
    Please read > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
