Where is my site in WordPress ?

    In wordpress.com, i don’t see my stats in “my site” section. It say : “Vous n’avez pas encore de sites WordPress” in french, so in English, it is “You don’t have a WordPress website”.
    However, I can add articles in my site but Jetpacks has a problem :

    “Details d’erreur: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 404]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.me/support/”

    Can you help me please ?

  • Hi there. Have you tried contacting Jetpack support via that link?

    I’ll also tag this for staff to follow up so they can check if Jetpack is correctly connected to your account, but if the problem is with the plugin itself you might have to contact Jetpack support directly and/or post in the WordPress.org Jetpack forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

  • Okay. Your site is connected to WordPress.com via a plugin called Jetpack. It sounds like something is wrong with that plugin, so you need to log in to your site’s dashboard (NOT WordPress.com but the dashboard you use with your host) and delete that plugin. Then you must install it and connect it again.

    Unfortunately we can’t help you with that in this forum. You’ll have to post in WordPress.org for more help with this.
