my website has disappeared. I have had two card changes this year due to theft. I am thinking you tried to collect your annual payment and it did not go through with the old card number. How do I update and retrieve my site.

You’ll need to log into the account that owns the upgrade. For security reasons, we’re unable to make changes or give account access just based on a list of possible email addresses.
If you do not have access to that other account, here are a few options:
