  I also want to disable automatic renewal of domain mapping, but can’t find it.

  Presumably you own a blog with a URL of the form whatever.wordpress.com and on that blog you bought the domain name, which you have now pointed elsewhere. Sign in to that blog and disable auto-renew on the Store page.
