Where is my support?

I have upgraded to a premium package and it’s very disappointing that no one has offered me support for a question I asked over 24 hours ago. I don’t understand your customer support system, when should I expect someone to get back to me? Not having issues resolved rather promptly will make my website not run as efficiently as possible, and will definitely cause me to defer others from using you in the future.

Sorry for the delay in our response to your original post. We respond to to support requests in the order we receive them, so it can take longer than 24 hours if the volume of requests is high.
