I stated in my message that this applies to “orjanwallin” and not to who automatically becomes sender “orjan2013”. My account “orjanwallin” has been closed by WordPress, BUT you continue to take money from me.most recently 3 days ago. I have had a nice site for many years now. I am surprised by what is happening NOW. Has WordPress been hacked or??

Sorry automatically “oerjan2013”. This is about sita “Bibelsvar.com” and “Bibelsvar.se”. WordPress have taken money to have adress: “Bibelsvar.se”! But know I found it on “Bibelsvar.com” But you have closed the door in for me. If I try, it will always be linked to “oerjan2013” !! Can someone help me!!!!! I have tried everything to cam in to my admin. HELP HELP PLEASE

The account “orjanwallin” has not been closed and has active upgrades, which is why there are charges under that account.
If you don’t remember your login for that account and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as

PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE!!! Can I get help from someone who understands and knows the WP system. I want to access “orjanwallin” “Bibelsvar.com” When I did as I was asked in this forum, I got an email from “orjan2013” NOT the account “orjanwallin” where I have “Bibelsvar.com” No matter what I do, it connects me together with orjan2013. “orjanwallin” doesn’t exist is the answer I get when I try to retrieve my website. I see that “Bibelsvar.com” is on the web BUT I cannot access, and can log into the site. The trip applies according to WP orjan2013. NOT orjanwallin Bibelsvar.com I get a message that it is blocked by WordPress for security reasons!!! How do I access the password reset? when I can’t even get to an attempt to login to MY web page??!!!

AND what is “two factor authentication codes?” My message is blocked because I do not know what that is. You see I am an old person and are not working with internet.

..I know my login name and code very well. My problem is that that code doesn’t accept WordPress for some strange reason. I’m blocked” for security reasons said an email after I tried to log in with the correct code. Only YOU at WordPress can do anything about this. Reset the password that was there! Make sure the username works orjanwallin and this will get a happy ending and a nice future.Otherwise I have to close the account.AND what’s worse now I can’t close the account because I’m locked out!!
