  4h of February 2016, you sent me a e-mail saying that the new version of WP was installed. Since that date, I can’t find the content and settings of my website. Everything seems lost….Help please !!!! Thanks

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, if you are getting that message, it means you have a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
