  I’ve had a business website (www.absval.net) with you for three years. Suddenly it’s gone! Please help.

  That domain is registered through GoDaddy and also points to them. It is not using WordPress.com.

  Go to https://wordpress.org/support/ for assistance with running your own WordPress installation.
