I looked on whoishostingthis.com and according to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=journalistically.com your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but on BlueHost. I believe you can get support for BlueHost at https://www.bluehost.com/contact.
If you use the open-source WordPress software (WordPress.org), you’ll need to go to their forum to get help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

This is what I currently have for the nameservers:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMIt’s possible that it took a little while for the nameserver to catch up with any change.
Are you you logged in with the correct WPcom account and still unable to access your site at Journalistically.com? Regardless I’ve also flagged this thread for Staff attention and assistance. Thanks for your patience.

journalistically.combelongs to the account she quoted, not the account you’re currently logged in as.If you do not recall the password for that account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
