Where is my website?
-
My website has disappeared from my WordPress account(which means that I cannot manage it anymore) while still being this website publicly online!.
I have attached(I could do it if given the chance)the emails that GoDaddy sent to me. I have received several since last October) mentioning my ownership of sirenasylaleydeatracciòn.com and its belonging to WordPress as the website builder that I used.
Also I have attached some screenshots from a conversation of Fiverr between somebody that helped me to personalize http://www.sirenasylaleydeatraccion.com in wordpress last year and I.He also helped me to create a pop up mail form and since them I have had people filling it up online and receiving myself the notification of this on my email…
This is so weird.
Would you help me recover access to my website sirenasylaleydeatraccion? I guess I have plenty ways to prove you that it is mine ,that I wrote it and published it etc….Thank you again,

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Which also means you’ll log in to the site through http://sirenasylaleydeatraccion.com/wp-login.php and not through us.
If you want to manage the site through WordPress.com, you can do that by installing, activating, and connecting the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
