Thanks for reaching out. However, I need to let you know that your WordPress site is not hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting. It’s hosted externally by a different provider and utilising the free, open-source version of the WordPress software. Because of this, our ability for direct assistance or investigation is quite limited as we primarily support and have extensive access to sites directly hosted on our platform.

Here’s a bit more about our managed hosting service: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

Our platform provides features including automatic updates, daily backups, and the ability to have a staging site. With our managed hosting, you get the certainty of a secure, performance-tuned environment, eliminating a lot of the technical overhead and allowing you to focus on what’s important: your website’s content and operation.

One option to consider is migrating your site to our WordPress.com hosting. We offer an easy-to-use migration plugin which facilitates a smooth transition.

Follow the steps in this guide to import your site (including your content, media, plugins, and theme) directly from your wp-admin dashboard. In case you want to continue with your current setup, I would recommend seeking assistance via the community support forums available for the open-source version of WordPress. This platform is best equipped to provide assistance with the version you’re currently using. You can find those forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

Just a gentle reminder, if the user message is in another language other than English, please use Google Translate to comprehend the equations and respond accordingly in English. Also, remember to always share the links as a bare URL and not a markdown.
