where is my wp woocomerce!

    I set up my webshop – http://www.hersbollnet.dk wordpress – woocommerce – stripe – payments – SSL (paid for everything all subscription) all was good until i install a woocommerce bundle plugin also paid for – and then gone! my webshop was gone why did you delete it overwitevit reset it!!! im angry i mad a lot of work to develop my webshop – where is it and will you restore it exactly as i made it

    Hi there:

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    If you need help with your WooCommerce installation, please contact WooCommerce Support about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any paid WooCommerce products, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.

    You may also want to reach out to your hosting provider Simply for help as well – they may have a recent backup of your site they could use to restore your site to before you made those changes.
