where is my xmlrpc.php file?

  I’m trying to connect my MS Word 2016 to publish several written blogs. Although, it may be a moot point as I understand I will be billed for another year of ‘renting’ this software. I will not do that as I cannot afford it, but I will try to find Office 2010 and buy it-if it has the same function, I will need to know my xmlrpc.file still.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Be sure to use the https version and not http version of your site address. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
