  Hi there – I’m very sorry, but all of our payments are currently processed through PayPal (even if you pay with a card) and PayPal will not accept payments from Pakistan.

  You could use a card with a billing address in a country that PayPal will accept, or you could have a friend in another country pay for you and reimburse them. You can also use Bitcoin:
