Where is Preview?

Where is the preview function? OK, you’ve changed the format of the New Post page But the Preview function does not work. I can’t see my blog before I post it. What’s going on? Before making changes like this: be sure they work and provide notice and instructions. I’m now prevented from posting blogs until you fix your issues. This is very poor service.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I’m sorry you’re frustrated with the new editing experience. It seems that some pop up blockers are preventing the preview pane from opening. Can you check your pop up blocker?
Our developers are already working on a fix for this. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s all fixed.
We’ve also added a link to the new editor so you can quickly access the old editor if you’re having trouble.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else!

Thanks! I see the old interface has been put back — at least that’s what I see now when I go to New Post.
Normally, when services want to make that dramatic a switch to the interface and look, they’d do it as a trial, with the option to use the new look if you wish, to see if you like it, but with an option to go back to the old way if needed.
Then work out the bugs and eventually set a date when everyone has to make the switch. But keep your customers informed.
Nor should we have to change our browser settings, like blocking Pop Ups, just to make WordPress work. I may have Pop Ups blocked for a good reason — I don’t want to see those annoying ad messages. I shouldn’t have to put up with them just make my blog writing work, especially when it has been working fine up to now.
Keep your software wizards under control. The essential task is keeping customers happy not introducing clever effects. Remember, people only like change if they’ve bought into the process and have been kept informed.
Here are some other comments:
– The new interface switched off the links to my Sharing to social media sites, so my latest post did not get reposted automatically to FB, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Again, we don’t want changes that are a step backward, or that force us to do work, hunt for settings, puzzle out interfaces, just to make your software work again as it was.
– The other annoyance I found in the brief time I had to use the new interface was that the suggestions for “most used keywords/tags” was not there. Instead the list presented every tag I’d ever used, making it next to useless to scroll thru.
– Actually Publishing a blog was not obvious. I found it under some Status menu, where it said Draft, Publish etc. There was no obvious top-level button for Publish. Maybe that’s to prevent accidental publishing, despite there being a menu that said Publish>Immediately. That had no effect.
– Nor was there a spell and grammar check step before you publish. I find that sometimes useful and a good chance to think — am I really ready to publish?
I look forward to using the new look once it’s ready for prime time. Thanks!

This editor has actually been available for almost a month now for exactly this purpose. We understand that there was frustration with this change since we didn’t make it easy to get back to the old editor, which is why we’ve added the link to take you back to the classic editor.

Sorry that I was unclear. I was trying to figure out if the pop up blocker was what was preventing you from seeing the Preview pane, or if you were having a different issue. Our developers are working really hard to fix the bugs we’ve identified including the pop-up blocker one. We do not expect our users to disable their pop up blockers to use our editor. However, the more information we can collect about your specific circumstance, the better we can make the editor.

Thanks for mentioning these! They’ve already been reported to our developers.
Publishing a blog was not obvious.
Is this in regard to publishing a post that had been previously saved as a draft? Or were you having trouble publishing a new post started in the editor?
