Where is 'share' to activate publisize?

  I want to activate publisize but it tells me to go to ‘settings’ then ‘share’. I cannot see a ‘share’ option under settings: the selections differ from your image.

  If you go to the dashboard you should see Settings -> Sharing, which will take you to http://franeden.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing
