Where is Support? Need domain help urgently

  My domain expired yesterday. Last Thursday and Friday I tried time and time again to renew. Then I tried again today. I’ve entered about 5 different cards, I get various messages in red coming up. If I try to use the option of paying with Paypal it won’t work and says ‘Invalid Token’. I would really like to get my domain back – I want to pay! – I believe I am in what you call the ‘grace’ period. Would be great to get this sorted as soon as possible.

  Added to this despite repeated emails to support (I have a premium account) I am getting no help at all.
