Where is text editor?

  I want to add a Paypal “Donate” function to our site, and Paypal is telling me to use WordPress text editor. Dumb me can’t find it…appreciate any help.

  Forget what PayPal is saying. Know that the only instructions that will work for posting a PayPal donation button on a WordPress.com blog are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
