WHERE IS THE ADD NEW THEME BUTTON????

    I have spent nearly two hours trying to add a WordPress theme that I’ve downloaded. I have read every support article there is, and nothing seems to help. There are videos that are telling me this should take 30 seconds. What the heck am I supposed to me doing? This is ridiculous.

    I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but uploading a custom theme from another website is possible only on self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software, which is very different from WordPress.com. This means that you cannot upload any themes to your WordPress.com site. This ensures both the safety of our users and the functionality of all of our blogs.
