where is the 'add new' theme button on my dashboard?

  Hi,

  I have downloaded a theme I would like for my wordpress site. On the theme’s tutorial it says go to ‘Themes’ and click the ‘add new’ theme button to upload the zip file. However the ‘add new’ button does not appear on my site under themes.

  Does anyone know where it is?
