  If you want to look at the appearance option the go on the link:
  https://infiniteprimordial.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  Enter the credentials and then in the left panel, you will get the appearance option.

  Editor option will only show if you are under the business plan. To know more about the plan pricing and features:
