where is the contact form button in twenty eleven

  I am working in twenty eleven and all I can find about adding a contact form is telling me to click the contact form media button in the edit page. All I have is an add media button – nothing else. Anyone know where the other buttons are?

Also know that the contact form is only available to free hosted WordPress.COM bloggers and this forum provides support only to free hosted WordPress.COM bloggers.
