Where is the contact form icon for Twenty Ten?

  I am using Twenty Ten 1.2 and do not see the new contact form feature described here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=contact+form.

  Also, I am working on a real estate blog jimboborealestate.com, but it seems this support form recognizes me as jimbobojr.wordpress.com. Is there one login per user even with multiple blogs? Thank you
