  I can’t find the Contact Form to add on my Contact Page.

  Please, help me.

  This is not theme related at all.
  Create a Page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
  Type the contact form shortcode onto it and publish it
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
  Create a custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#1-create-a-custom-menu
  Add the page into it https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#adding-pages
