Where is the Display Settings for image details located in the new editor?

  in the old editor in was easy to set photos so that the viewer could click on them to enlarge. During the insert image process, clicking on the link to the media file allowed this feature. But in the new editor the ‘edit’ feature is missing once the photo has been added to the post nor does the display settings show up during the insert image process. Where is the ‘image details ‘display settings’ located now?

  there is an answer in the new wordpress blog post :
  Click the image after it is inserted then click the link icon in the edit toolbar. The link field will be pre-filled with the original image URL.
