Do these links help?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/Transfer a to Another Registrar
If you would like to completely transfer your domain to another registrar, you must wait 60 days from the original purchase date. This is standard across all registrars. It is a rule set by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). See the Transfer to Another Registrar section of the Domain Management help page for detailed instructions. http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrarhttp://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/redirecting-your-blog/

Hi Timethief!
No, unfortunately. I don’t see Domain Administration under Domains in my dashboard. Is it hidden somewhere?

Are you the administrator of the WP.com blog? Are you on the specific blog’s dashboard or the Global dashboard?
The “external dashboard” is just the dashboard of the OTHER blog, the one you’re trying to move the domain to. Can we get the URLs involved, starting with http? All three of them: the WP.com custom domain, the external site domain, and the original URL of the WP.com blog.

Thank you, Raincoaster!
I’m one of the administrators of the blog and I’m on the specific dashboard.
Original WP URL: litsnit.wordpress.com
WP Custom: litsnit.comWe’re trying to move to Blogger (lit-snit.blogspot.com)…
I hope this helps…

Okay, on the original domain you go to Dashboard->Upgrades->Domains. Do you see it there?

Okay, then there is a problem. Domain Management is a link at the bottom of that page. If you don’t see it, you need staff intervention: http://support.wordpress.com/contact

Did you register your domain example.com through wp.com our did you go through a register like (go daddy)? If you went through a register like (go daddy) then you will need to administer the domain through them to get it pointed to Blogger.

The Domain Administration link is NOT in that column. It is on the Domains page, at the bottom. You’re telling me you went to the Domains page, scrolled right to the bottom, and saw nothing? Can you upload a screenshot of your Domains page, including all the way to the bottom? You may need to zoom out.
-
Yes, I scrolled to the bottom of the domain page. There is no domain administration link. I even did a word search on the page. It doesn’t exist.

Any progress on this issue? I’m having the same problem. I see the “Domains” link under the Settings panel. Click that, don’t see any link for “Domain Administration”.
