Where is the Duffy theme? Online it was available in 2010, but I can’t download it. If it is not available, is there a similar SteamPunk theme? Is there a way I can download Duffy ??? It is perfect for my site. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

There is no Duffy theme here at WordPress.com and never has been. I know that for a fact as I have been here for 6 3/4 years now. I suggest you start searching the internet for wordpress.org themes.WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot intsall plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
