Where is the Editor option under Appearnce

I don’t see anyway to access the Editor in Appearance link. I want to change the font size in a picture caption. The Youtube video tutorial I watched said I needed to access the Editor choice under Appearance. I have no Editor choice available on my Dashboard

The video you were watching was referring to the self-hosted version of WordPress, which allows direct access to the site template files. WordPress.com manages the hosting and security for your site, so direct file access isn’t possible.
You can access the CSS editor to add code from the Appearance > Customize > CSS area, instead of from an “Editor” link.
