Ok ! My website has all this japanese writing around it in the google search and nothing exists in the word press file. So I donot know what to do?
I had my web designer try and log in to replace all my information but he says her cannot get in.Did I make a huge mistake in choosing wordpress?

He cannot get in to my wordpress account which really has no information on it.
So where did my information go ? he backed it up so he is going to try and replace it but . -

I do not understand! and that is why I have a web guy do stuff.

I’m sorry that you are frustrated, but this company is a web host and not the software your web guy installed on your site. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
