Where is the head? I can’t find the head in order to change meta tags and to add search authorization code.

Hi there,
In WordPress.com we don’t allow access to the base code of WordPress for security reasons. We handle all upgrades and we have built out tools which will allow you to do most of the things which you might need access for that we still allow in our environment.
In this case, all of the validation codes for various search engines can be found in your Dashboard under Tools >> Available Tools. We have a help article which walks you through everything right here:
