where is the HELP page on my site? why can't I email wordpress?

  Can’t find help. Cant find email for wordpress. cant upload pictures or edit. whole style has changed. I was using classic and knew how to work that. Surely there is a help menus on the page when editting.
  Don’t Yay me when You are totally blocking everything I do!!! It’s infuriating, and inappropriate when eveything is going wrong. I don’t want to ask a forum, I want help from wordpress or isn’t that possible?

  Can’t find tools for publish and adates, can’t find how to insert contact page.
  Can’t upload pictures. Getting congratulations from wordpress all the time but no help.
