where is the link in the confirmation mail?

    have just signed up for 14 day trial of the premium service. Have received a mail titled ‘receipt’ but where is the link I am supposed to click on to get started on my blog? I cant find it in the mail.

    The emails for your Premium plan and your account activation are separate. Our logs are showing however that three attempts to email your activation link were not delivered by your email service because of this error:

    553 sorry, your envelope sender is in my badmailfrom list (#5.7.1)

    The envelope sender for those emails would have been this address:

    ashok=yourgrowthcatalyst.com "at" bounces.wp.com

    (Replace “at” with the @ symbol; all one word)

    Could you please make sure that envelope sender is whitelisted in your email system?
