where is the link to the FAQs?

It’s been gone for a little while now from the top of the forums. I think they are now trying to get everyone to go to the support pages (but it doesn’t as yet appear to have everything). http://faq.wordpress.com/

i doubt those old faq’s will help much , The support column above was made to replace the faq page. It has a search option and you can find most of the topics there.

But there are still things in the FAQ’s that are not in the support pages – or at least they cannot be found by a search – so the FAQ’s are still quite useful.

My bad ! I am surfing the faq’s atm , and there are some useful things .
Guess one should search both the places for a better find ,

The other day when I updated my Gallery FAQ, I was running through my old WP FAQ bookmarks to see what got redirected to the Support docs. Most were, but not all. The one that was so outdated but still so relevant was the image width FAQ, which now redirects to the Header image faq. (TT-I think I dropped you a note about that.)

I’m wondering whether or not the superseded sections of the FAQs will be routed to the new Support entries. If they aren’t then what will happen to all the bloggers who blogged on the same topics and included links to the appropriate FAQs sections in their posts will be broken. The Google juice flowing to those posts from the links to the authoritative sources in the FAQs will be gone and their blog’s PageRanks will fall.
As we have received no notification as to which FAQs sections have been superseded and as the search utility is very poor there has been no opportunity to search for those posts and replace the FAQs links with links to the appropriate Support links.
How will this situation be addressed?

Many links in the FAQ’s are already redirecting to the support pages, so the links I don’t think will die anytime soon. Of course know one knows how long they will continue the redirects.

Thanks for the reply. It would be nice if Staff weighed in on this so we know how to proceed in the event the redirects will not be continued.

Hi all! Yes, most pages from the old FAQ are now redirecting to Support, and more are being updated and migrated each day. Please update your bookmarks to http://support.wordpress.com, which is regularly updated with pages about new features and reflects changes that occurred with the latest dashboard update. Thanks!
