Where is the Links widget?

I’m using the Baskerville 2 theme, and I want to share links in the sidebar, however there no longer seems to be a Links widget available.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks. To clarify, I know how to use widgets, and there used to be a Links widget with this theme, which I have recently returned to after trying out other options. There used to be a widget that allowed me to share the links, by category, that I have accumulated over time. I can’t find it in the inactive widgets, the current widget collection or in the legacy widget collection.

That helps, to a very limited point. The widget allowed me to make an instant list of all my collected links by category. Why was it supplanted by a Block that does none of these things? Now I have to use multiple blocks to categorize and then add the links individually? Let me know if I am wrong, but this does not seem to be progress.
