Where is the live chat button?

  I do not think there is one. I tried finding the other week, but only came across “plugins” in the search menu of google. I do not think there is an official live chat, only the forums

  In, “support”, it is suggested that they are available when traffic is not too high or when they are not in a meeting, but there is no indication how to reach, “them”. :)

  I used to be able to live chat and now cannot find a feature other than emailing them and waiting for a response. Frustrating.
