Where is the live chat button

  Hi – I have a paid account and I can normally chat live to wordpress but I cannot find the button anymore. I go into mysites, then the question mark and im only being given the option to send email. Usually at this point I can chat? Been trying all day so it’s not a temporary prob.

  You can access live chat by going to My Sites → Help and clicking on Contact Us towards the bottom of the page. Fill out the form and click on Chat with Us underneath.
