Where is the live chat button?

  Hi: I understand because I have a paid WordPress business plan I may chat with somebody.

  But I don’t see the button anywhere?

  As already said in one of your threads, you are logged in to the wrong account. scottstrongsls doesn’t have a paid plan but another account of yours scottstrong has.
  Log out from scottstrongsls and log in again as scottstrong.
