  Where is the live chat for support??????

  There is no phone support. In addition to support options linked to above we can all email

  but that takes longer to get an answer than posting your question here on the support forums does.

  Its a private question I do not want to post on a forum.
  I have a business account, I saw all those links before I posted, I still cannot find the actual link to the live chat, just information about it.

  Try the bottom right hand corner of your Admin page http://puntacanalifestylesmagazine.wordpress.com//wp-admin/ and see if you find the live chat pop-up box there please.

When you’re logged in to your account, you’ll see a live chat popup box (or a contact form if all of our live chat operators are away) in the bottom right at https://wordpress.com/. If for any reason you don’t see that live chat box, you can also use our contact form to get in touch.

  I am checking with our team to find out why you don’t see that live chat box in your WP Admin dashboard. I also sent you an email to discuss the private question you mentioned — you can reply directly to that email or get in touch via chat if you see that chat box at https://wordpress.com/.
