Where is the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT???

    Hi Moderator,
    If WordPress cannot deliver on the features offered at the Premium/Business level, and are only able to provide the level of support offered at the free level, then they sure ought not take money for said services. In the meanwhile, the problem clearly lies with wordpress and my business is down, my email doesn’t work, and my customers cannot contact me. Shall I bill WordPress for my time because we are dead in the water?

    Hello. I am also having the same issue. I NEED livechat to finish my site (hours for me, you can sort in minutes) and frankly, I find your above response to busbice, rude in the extreme. You are darn right we are unhappy, after paying the best part of 200.00 we do not expect to be told we can go elsewhere. I have spent weeks trying to put this thing together. I pay for live chat, so why has the option been removed? I am not starting again elsewhere, so I suggest you advise how I can livechat with someone to get this resolved, and if this is not possible then I am entitled to a partial refund, as you are not providing the full service I am paying for.

    @busbice I understand the frustration, but there’s not much I can do other than bring the issue to Staff’s attention. They’ve been advised.

    @budget4web4hosting and colleagues- I’ve already posted in the other thread you dropped an advertising link into, but I’ll repeat myself here. Such activity is against the forum Community Standards on WordPressdotcom. Read the sticky post at the top of the forums. Any further posts by you or your colleagues will be treated as spam.

    @holftitglasgow – Did you have a chance to read the link to the Dashboard announcement I posted earlier for @busbice? Again, I understand the frustration. If you have a problem with your WordPressdotcom site that you feel we forum volunteers can assist with, we’d be happy to try and do so.     @justjennifer. I paid for live chat support. I was promised live chat support. There is, in fact, no live chat support. If there is live chat support, please, for love of chocolate and alcohol, point me to it because I can’t find it nor access it. What I need, and paid for, is live chat support. What I don’t need is forum volunteers (while I expect that you are quite awesome and appreciate that you volunteer you time to help people resolve their issue). If you can actually help me, I’d pay YOU!

    Any updates on this issue??? I see this is becoming more and more widespread among your users. They are finding their sites all buggered, and are starting to come here looking for solutions, only to find there NONE

    @justjennifer Please help! My contact form doesn’t send me the notifications via email. I have no idea how to find it and I have sent several emails to the happiness engineers, which haven’t been answered yet. And it’s been 2 days! Please, as @busbice is saying, it is not understandable to paying customers, that a service can’t be provided for a time that long!

    @ncvabogados… your screwed until they decide to come back to work and then start working on support issues. Don’t expect a dang thing until the 26th, at the earliest. Bad Bad Business if you ask me. I’m going to loose $$$$$$$$$ over this!

    I’ve been in here since 2011. Support on WordPress is hideous. The service I paid for in 2012 never worked, and when I have specific problems with the regular blog functions, I’m told by a volunteer that it’s my fault for using IE instead of Firefox. Right now my Reader does not work. I posted my issue but if it’s not answered within a few hours, the forum post vanishes never to be seen again. The place they claim you can contact the “Happiness Engineers” leads to the forum and nothing else. Meanwhile on the WP blog instead of keeping users updated on glitches and when they’ll be fixed, they promote new features which ALWAYS. Mess up all the other basic functions of even the most simple blog.

    Everyone else, please create your own threads. If it requires staff help, add the “modlook” tag and be patient while waiting for a reply. Posting multiple threads and hijacking threads started by other users will only make it take longer for you to get a reply.
