Where is the live chat support window??

    Was happily talking through an issue with a member of staff via live chat window which then disappeared and now I can’t access live chat any more.

    Have sent three messages of this kind asking for support but no responses at all

    require URGENT help. Am facing a deadline and need immediate assistance. Please do not continue to ignore these requests
